What is Sodium Cyclamate ?

 

Sodium Cyclamate, its chemical name is Sodium N-cyclohexylsulfamate, is a non-nutritive sweetener, is commonly used in food production additives, its sweetness is 30 to 40 times that of sucrose. Because of its good taste and low price, it is widely used in various foods

Application
